In fall of 2023, oneROOF Youth Services was forced to shut down our drop-in service program, LifeLine. This program is responsible for essential supports and daily programming including meals, showers, lockers, food hampers, wifi/computer lab access, distribution of hygiene supplies, and more.
Help us raise $100,000 to #BringBackLifeLine!
Due to budget restraints, oneROOF Youth Services had to move their daily services from drop-in to appointment-based in the fall of 2023, leaving many youth with nowhere to go during the day. Our overnight shelter is open to youth from 9:30pm - 8:15am. This means that following breakfast, youth are now required to leave campus.
Without a warm, safe space to be during the day, young people without homes are forced to wander the streets, loiter in public parks, and seek shelter from the elements wherever possible.
Our hope is to open our day time services program, LifeLine once again. Allowing youth to stay on oneROOF's campus — receiving services, counsel, and support all day long.
