oneROOF Youth Services is committed to providing for the safety, support and overall well-being of youth who are experiencing homelessness, and youth who are at-risk of homelessness, aged 12-25, in Waterloo Region.

In honour of #WorldHomelessnessDay (October 10th, 2024), local media agencies Riptide Creative and Fractured Frames - Crash & Fern Productions came together to help share the mission of oneROOF Youth Services.

Riptide Creative is a media production company based in Toronto, Ontario, servicing clients internationally. We help founders disrupt the waters by producing epic commercials to lock in funding. On June 11th, 2024, we were honoured to have Chris, Rijul, Emphoria and team on-site to shoot our new “brand story” video. Filmed right here at The Quad, this video showcases oneROOF’s services and supports, shares youth testimonials, and gives viewers a better understanding of the realities of youth homelessness.

Following the shoot day, the team got to work editing our video. The final result was shared via a campaign done in collaboration with Rijul at Riptide Creative. The main goal of the campaign was to launch this new awareness video, promoting the work of both production companies) and inspiring donations oneROOF Youth Services. This call to action was released on social media, promoted through our e-mailing list, and shared with several other organizations.

At oneROOF Youth Services, we believe that one youth on the street is one too many. We want to thank Riptide Creative and Fractured Frames - Crash & Fern Productions for joining us in our mission to eradicate youth homelessness this #WorldHomelessnessDay!
